Services Provided
Entertainment is provided by Face and Body FX and our professional artists.
We use only high-quality, cosmetic-grade paints and products that are specifically approved for use on the skin.
All necessary supplies are provided by our artists.
Fees & Payments

Face Painting: $120* per hour, per artist
-
Minimum booking: 2 hours for corporate events
-
Maximum booking: 8 hours per day
-
Glitter Tattoos: $120* per hour
-
Additional Artists: $120 per hour, per artist
-
*Holiday Surcharge: +$15/hour on long weekends and holidays
-
Travel Fees: Apply for events outside Winnipeg city limits (quoted at booking)

Individual Face Painting is charged by the hour and varies in price according to the amount of detail.
A deposit may be required to secure your date and time.
Payments can be made by e-transfer to faceandbodyfx@mts.net or by cheque payable to Régan Pattyn.
Full payment of any remaining balance is due before services begin on the event day.
If no deposit has been made, payment must be in cash at the event.
Returned cheques are subject to a $30 NSF fee.
Receipts or invoices are available upon request.
Artists will finish at the scheduled end time or once the maximum number of guests has been painted—whichever comes first.
If extra time is needed and possible, payment for additional hours is due immediately at the same rate.
Cancellations
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or postpone services.
Cancellations made with less notice will incur a $100 fee.
If an artist becomes ill and must cancel, fees will apply only to time worked and travel costs (if any).
We will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement artist.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the client agrees to provide:

Free event admission for the artist(s)

One rectangular table and two chairs (if needed)

A nearby parking spot for loading/unloading
-
One 5–10 minute paid break for every 2 hours worked (if needed)
Artwork Limitations
Artists reserve the right to decline any design they consider offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Adverse Conditions
Artists may stop painting and leave without refund if extreme adverse conditions exist and are not remedied after notice is given.
Examples include (but are not limited to):

Destructive, violent, or illegal behavior

Inadequate shelter from weather or unsafe conditions

Threatening or inappropriate behavior from guests
Liability & Safety

Artists are not responsible for allergic reactions to paints or cosmetic products.
Please inform us of any skin sensitivities or allergies — a patch test can be offered. -
For hygiene reasons, artists cannot paint anyone who is visibly ill or who has:

Runny nose, cough, or cold
-
Cold sores, conjunctivitis, rashes, open wounds, or skin infections
-

Only children who are willing and can remain still will be painted.

Artists take reasonable care but are not responsible for damage to clothing or property.

The client is responsible for the behavior and safety of all participants.

The client agrees to pay for any damage to the artist’s equipment or belongings caused by guests or animals.
Agreement
By booking with Face and Body FX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms of Service and Liability Conditions listed above.
Your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
